The project focused on the design of an internal platform that allows Renault employees to request long-term vehicle rentals. Users can select a vehicle, provide the required information, upload signed documentation and complete the entire process within a single experience.

The challenge was to simplify a lengthy journey involving forms, documents and validation steps. The objective was to create a clear and guided process that reduced friction, helped users avoid mistakes and made information easy to review and update before submission.

The experience was designed around a progressive multi-step flow that divided the process into manageable sections. Vehicle selection prioritised essential information such as model, colour and pricing, while clear navigation helped users understand their progress and move easily between steps.

Real-time validation and contextual feedback highlighted missing or incorrect information throughout the journey. A structured summary allowed users to review and edit submitted data before completion, creating a more confident and efficient experience across devices.
