The project focused on the redesign of MyLavazza, the brand's loyalty programme platform. The work was part of a broader evolution of the programme's identity, including its visual language, tone of voice and digital experience.
The objective was to strengthen the relationship with the community while engaging a younger, digitally minded audience. The challenge was to translate this renewed identity into a platform that felt consistent, engaging and instantly recognisable.



The redesign addressed both the platform experience and the engagement mechanics behind the loyalty programme. Membership levels, points, badges and rewards were reorganised to create a clearer progression system and encourage participation over time.
A design system aligned with the new brand guidelines was developed to ensure consistency and scalability. Colours, symbols and patterns linked to each loyalty level became integral parts of the interface, helping create an experience that felt distinctive while remaining simple and easy to navigate.
