The project focused on the design of MyFinance, an app created to help Toyota and Lexus customers manage their financing agreements. The goal was to bring contract information, documents and services into a single experience, giving users greater control over their plans and requests.

The challenge was to transform a traditional customer area into a modern and intuitive product capable of simplifying complex information. The experience needed to reduce friction and help users complete common tasks independently.

The work began with a review of navigation flows and key user scenarios across both leasing and loan agreements. Features were designed around real use cases to create a clear and consistent experience.

The interface followed Toyota's brand guidelines, with particular attention to usability and readability. Complex data was simplified through a clear visual hierarchy, while animations and interactions provided guidance and feedback throughout the experience. The design was later adapted to Lexus while preserving the same functional structure.
